Practitioner Training | Radical Collaboration

The Radical Collaboration Trainer Certification program is the next stage in mastering and applying and teaching the five skills of the Radical Collaboration program. This program gives you the means to use the approach in organizational development consulting, coaching, and facilitation.
The course will certify you to conduct Radical Collaboration courses and use both the training materials and the Radical Collaboration brand in training and coaching. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to deepen your own personal experience of the five Radical Collaboration skills, practice facilitating key components of the program, and consult with a senior trainer concerning your plans for using this material.
