The process of becoming a Radical Collaboration Practitioner begins with experiencing Radical Collaboration methodology. This experience will help you to understand your own collaborative intention and improve your skills in creating atmospheres of trust where collaboration takes place.

Working with experienced practitioners is the final step in becoming a successful Radical Collaboration practitioner. This not only gives you the opportunity to observe additional facilitation styles, but also creates a forum to practice and receive feedback.
The RCTC program is for external consultants, OD professionals, trainers, coaches, facilitators, HR professionals, and leaders at any level. It is ideal for individuals who are responsible for building and maintaining more collaborative organizational cultures, reducing conflicts, improving team or project performance, and generally increasing collaborative effectiveness between or among individuals or groups. It is also recommended for executives who aspire to become more effective leaders and individuals seeking further personal and professional development.

Activities for the course are scheduled to maximize participant learning through active engagement, hands-on facilitation practice, and feedback.
Each day, one Radical Collaboration module is used for the day’s practice and instruction. The course facilitator provides information about the module, its history, purpose, and design. Small groups spend time to plan presentations for the module, which are delivered in the afternoon to the other members of the group. Following delivery, workshop participants and the facilitator provide feedback.
