Licensed Human Element Practitioner Program

The Licensed Human Element Practitioner program is the next stage in mastering and applying The Human Element^®. This program empowers you to practice The Human Element^® and gives you the means to use the approach in organizational development consulting, coaching, and facilitation.

The course will certify you to conduct Human Element courses and use Human Element organizational solutions and the Elements of Awareness in training, consulting and coaching. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to deepen your own personal experience of The Human Element, practice facilitating key components of the program, and consult with a senior trainer concerning your plans for using this material. In addition, the program will provide you with the opportunity to explore different applications of the work including leadership development, team building, customer service, collaboration, decision-making and performance improvement.

Graduates may publicize themselves as Licensed Human Element Practitioners (LHEP™) and are certified to use and purchase all Human Element materials including workbooks, training materials and FIRO®-based instruments.

Please note: Completion of The Human Element Course, Part One (Cornerstone), Leadership Powered by The Human Element, or The Human Element (five-day) Workshop is required to attend the Licensed Human Element Practitioner Program.
